Since 1930, when we were first established by Mr Jollye and Mr Wood in Beckenham, we fast became the go-to agent for helping our clients sell and let their property in the borough of Bromley. We primarily sold 1930s new build properties and older property for private sellers. Branches were opened in the West Wickham, Eden Park and Shortlands locations and we consistently attract new sellers and landlords.

Born in London, I enjoyed growing up with my parents and three other siblings. I love to read and am always thinking up new inventions, and have recently developed an interest in digital marketing. I have been married to Cheryl for almost 20 years now and we have one teenage daughter. We like family days out and holidays. My hobbies include being a sound engineer at the local church that we attend and I also have an interest in cycling for leisure, playing the trumpet and percussion, but have little time for these at the moment.
I have a background in retail management and in the early 80s I set up a restaurant business in St Ives, Cornwall in partnership with two other colleagues. This was followed by a career in financial services and mortgage arranging. Later, we bought Jollye & Wood in November 2000, where I have overseen and managed the business to date; introducing new technologies and management systems, while keeping to the longstanding traditions that this independent business has built its reputation on since 1930. With 28 years personal experience in property related services, including financial services, arranging mortgages, and seventeen years as the owner and senior partner overseeing and managing the services that Jollye & Wood Independent Estate Agents provide to the community in Bromley, Shortlands and Beckenham.
